YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Return Policy
Bars & Bras endeavours to supply its jewellery following the highest levels of inspection and service. However we do operate a simple returns policy:

No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings or body jewellery for hygenic reasons or rings ordered to a specific size.

We offer a simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 7 days of receipt. We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. As mentioned in point 1 above, this Guarantee does not apply to earrings, body jewellery or rings ordered to a specific size. Please ensure you order the correct size ring as we can not exchange/refund for wrongly ordered sizes.

Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us via recorded delivery. We will reimburse you these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 3 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

We have made every effort to display all our jewellery as accurately as possible. However as colours and images very depending on your own monitor and browser we can not guarantee that products will be as exactly seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as close to accurate as possible.

All requests must be within 7 days of receipt.

By placing an order you agree to these terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General
We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.

We shall have no liabilities to you for any failure to deliver your purchase or any delay in delivery which is due to any act of God, war, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, tempest, or any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These terms & conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details.
